Interior Minister Aryeh Deri and Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan announced, on Thursday, that they would present cabinet ministers with a plan to close the ‘’Halut’’ camp within four months.

According to the declaration, the move will leave two options for asylum seekers - expulsion from the country or unrestricted confinement.

Activists and supporters of the issue dealt with the matter over their Facebook and Twitter account pages demanding that ministers should back down on their decision.
