MK Yoav Kish from the Likud Party proposed this bill, which entitles courts to impose a NIS 500,000 (US$ 140,000)  on the day of submission  fine on any agency that calls for boycotting Israel as a public compensation.

Initiators:
In addition to Kish, the bill was initiated by MKs Nava Boker and Miki Zohar (Likud), Michael Malchieli (Shas), and Tali Ploskov and Yifat Shasha-Biton (Kulanu [All of Us]).

Prospects of the bill:
It will be difficult that this bill be enacted into a law at the current 20th Knesset. The bills lacks legal standards.
